Ticket & wristband exchange booth hours: 10:00 AM – end of performances

• Wristband exchange is available from 10:00 AM on the day of the performance until the end of the last performance.

• Mobile tickets are issued as individual QR codes via the YES24 Ticket app or mobile web under MY Tickets, using the purchaser's account ID. QR codes become active from 8:00 PM (20:00) the evening before the performance date.

• Please download and update the ticketing platform's app in advance, and confirm that your mobile ticket has been properly issued.

• Tickets shared as images or illegally transferred will not be accepted for entry.

• For mobile ticket (QR) entry, booking information will be verified at the box office before exchanging for a wristband.

• 1-Day Pass tickets are valid only on the booked date and cannot be changed to a different date.

• 2-Day and 3-Day Pass wristbands (including Early Bird) are made from materials designed for 2 or 3 days of use. Attendees must wear the provided wristband through the last day of attendance. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be reissued.

• Event prize tickets are non-transferable. Please bring a valid ID when collecting your ticket.

• Partial cancellation or split refunds are not available for 2-Day and 3-Day Passes (including Early Bird).

• Ticket cancellations and refunds are only available until 5:00 PM the day before Friday and Saturday performances, and until 11:00 AM the day before Sunday performances.

• Cancellation and refund requests can only be submitted through the channel where the ticket was purchased and paid for.

• The lineup may be changed or cancelled due to artist circumstances. Given the nature of festival performances, refunds or compensation cannot be provided for such reasons.

• Unofficial transactions — including private sales, purchase proxies, and scalping — are illegal. The organizers, venue, sponsors, and ticketing platforms bear no responsibility for any damages arising from such illegal transactions.

• Re-entry is permitted while wearing a wristband.

• Pets are welcome in the outdoor performance area of Jarasum Jazz Festival. Please remain in the designated pet zone during performances. Relocation may be requested if a pet disrupts the performance or causes complaints from other audience members.

• The following are not permitted: dangerous dog breeds as defined under Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Rules of the Animal Protection Act (Tosa Inu, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, and their mixed breeds), as well as any dog that may cause harm to other pets or people.

• All wheeled vehicles (bicycles, scooters, etc.) are prohibited. Strollers and wheelchairs are exempt.

• All types of tents, including shade tents and camping tents, are prohibited.

• Cooking inside the venue is prohibited. Violations will result in removal without a refund.

• Chairs without legs may be used in the general seating area; chairs with legs are permitted only in the designated chair zone.

• Open flames (candles, fireworks, sky lanterns, etc.), narcotics, and hazardous materials are prohibited.

• Items bearing political, socially critical, discriminatory, religious, or sexual content are prohibited. Persons found with such items will be removed without prior notice.

• Unauthorized remote-controlled devices (drones, RC cars, RC boats, etc.) are prohibited as they interfere with festival operations.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

• Photography, video recording, audio recording, and live social media broadcasts during performances are strictly prohibited for commercial use, in order to protect artists' copyright and image rights. Violations or commercial use may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

• Official photos and videos capturing artists and audience members will be taken during the festival. Some footage may be used in future promotional materials for Jarasum Jazz Festival.

• Reserving seats in the venue is prohibited, as it inconveniences other audience members and poses a risk of lost belongings. If you leave your seat for an extended period, please take your belongings with you. The organizers, venue, and artists bear no responsibility for accidents, theft, or losses resulting from personal negligence.

• As temperatures can vary significantly throughout the day, please prepare accordingly — hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, and warm clothing are recommended for a comfortable experience.
